Oh, this is a juicy mystery!  What were these painters depicting on this Duval County billboard?  They were doing their thing during the 1930s, the time of the Great Depression.  Perhaps they showed off a Jacksonville business.  In any case, the State Archives of Florida divulges few clues.  What do you think?
