• BETTER JAX PLAN & RIVER CITY RENAISSANCE -- Florida Times-Union article entitled "Better Jacksonville Plan Has Critics Seeing Deja Vu," by Steve Patterson.  Compares the Better Jacksonville Plan of 2000 to the River City Renaissance Plan of the early 1990s.  The two plans were supported by Jacksonville's mayors as being ways to improve the city.
